Prices:

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. B & C Discount Pool Supplies shall not be held liable for graphic, clerical, typographical, and printing errors.

All Phone and E-mail orders:

When you order by phone please be ready to give B & C Discount Pool Supplies all your shipping/delivery information. All orders must have a phone number for tracking purposes.

Special orders:

The order must be in writing and include the manufactures name and part number. Special order sales are final and cannot be returned. Customer should allow up to four weeks for delivery of a special order.

Delivery Charges:

There is a separate handling fee of $10.00 on EVERY item ordered included in the purchase price. Most items are sent via UPS,FEDEX GROUND, or US Mail Priority services. This gets the product to you as fast as possible. Heaters and large items i.e.. large filters etc.etc. are sent on a freight truck and take 10 or more business days to arrive. They are not UPS items. DRIVERS WILL NEED ASSISTANCE UNLOADING LARGE FREIGHT ITEMS (HEATERS, SPAS, ETC.) LIFT GATE SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR $60.00.  UPS, FEDEX, ETC....  refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee. Common Carrier refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus freight both ways.

Items Shipped For Free:

All items listed with shipping for free are for standard ground/freight only. If you choose any other method (next day, second day, etc.) you will be charged that shipping rate!!!  Also, you must type in the special instructions area while placing your order: "I ACCEPT SPECIAL SHIPPING CHARGES." Orders received requesting next day, 2nd day, etc. service, that do not have this typed in, will be sent standard ground. All prices are for shipping in the continental United States of America. For any shipping other than the USAF the charges will NOT be the same.

Order Cancellation:

Any Order not canceled within 24 hours of placement will be charged all shipping related fees and a 20% restocking fee if order has been processed there are no exceptions to this rule. All Orders sent via freight truck (heaters and large filters, etc.) take around 10 working days from order processing date. UPS, FEDEX etc. refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee. Common Carrier refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus freight both ways. Orders that we ship as free shipping and that are refused or returned to B&C will be credited the cost of the item less the shipping, processing and restocking fees for that shipment.

Returned Merchandise:

Any merchandise returned without first contacting B&C by e-mail and obtaining an RGA number and not sent freight paid will be refused. Please see complete policy below.

Returning non defective items:

All returned merchandise must have a returned goods authorization number (RGA) on the outside of the box. Authorized returns must be received within 20 days from the date of buyer's receipt of merchandise. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, in condition allowing it to be resold. A 20% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returned merchandise unless other arrangements have been made with B&C Discount Pool Supplies. UPS FEDEX etc. refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee. Common Carrier refused orders will be charged a 20% restock fee plus freight both ways.All Product orders/Backorders are considered valid until canceled orders not cancelled prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned no exceptions.

No defective returns will be allowed if shipped by truck line, unless buyer pays freight both ways. Warranty service from the manufacturer's field warranty service centers is how these defective products will be handled or repaired. Damaged items must be refused at time of delivery.

Customer Privacy:

All customer information provided to B&C for the purpose of ordering or e-mail correspondence is held in the strictest confidence. This information will not be released to any other party

Warranty:

B & C Discount Pool Supplies does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacture. B & C Discount Pool Supplies expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited at our descretion.
